StudioX Flow

We are excited to introduce the latest generation of StudioX: StudioX Flow. The app has been redesigned from the ground up to make the configuration of your BEASTX system even more intuitive.

 

StudioX Flow (Windows Beta)
Simply extract the folder and run the .exe file.

StudioX Flow (macOS Beta)
Open the DMG archive and drag the app to your Applications folder.

iOS and Android versions will be released successively in the respective app stores.

StudioX (Classic)

StudioX (Classic) can still be used for configuring older devices from the BEASTX product line. NOTE: Firmware updates are not possible with StudioX (Classic)! Please make sure to use StudioX Flow for this purpose.

Account Deletion Policy

How to Request Account Deletion

If you have registered a StudioX account using your email address and password to receive free firmware updates for your BEASTX system, you can request the deletion of your account by contacting us via email. Please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to info@beastx.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
2. In the email, include the following information:
   • Your registered email address or username.
   • A brief statement confirming your request to delete your account.
3. Our support team will process your request within 7 business days and confirm the deletion via email.

Data Handling

We handle your data as follows when you request account deletion:

• Data to be deleted: Your email address or username and any associated preferences or settings.
• Data to be retained: Records of your request and any correspondence required for compliance with legal or regulatory obligations.

We do not store unnecessary data, and retained records are securely stored and only accessible to authorized personnel.
